The new generation GHD IV Styler has been fitted with a comprehensive safety feature to prevent you from accidentally leaving your hair straighteners on when unattended. 15 minutes after being turned on, the styler will "beep" to announce that it is entering "cool down" mode. it is too good to be true. EVERY GIRL MUST BUY THIS. I have the worst hair every, dry rebellious. All my life I thought there is no hope for my hair and used to always have it in a ponytail. Finally at age 25 this miracle which I call ghd hair straighteners came into my life. I purchased the chi hair straightener because it got many good reviews. I've used the HAI Convertible for 2 years with no problems, but the ceramic got scratched on the plate so I bought the chi hair straightener. At first, my hair seemed smooth and shiny but it wouldn't stay. I also found that it was breaking my hair. I only used it a few times. My hair is colored but only wavy so it's usually really easy to iron. It takes about 10 minutes, so maybe the chi hair straightener just isn't good for me. The HAI worked much better for a lot less money. I returned the chi hair straightener.

I was on the way to the store to buy a Chi until I found this website. I read the Chi's awful reviews and was surprised. Then I saw chi hair straightener's raving reviews and had to try it. I am so happy I did. It was even cheaper than the other. Best flatiron I have ever used, and I used to be a hairstylist. My hair is now soft, smooth and shiny.Thank you reviewers for the help!
