I purchased the ghd hair straighteners in Febuary. As soon as I received the product it looked so cheap.I could say that it didn't work for me, my hair is wavy and easy to staraighned out so I figured it would be great with the ghd hair straighteners but the results were awful my hair was a mess so I shipped back.The refund was process fast and that I can't complaint.My $40.00 straightner from sally beauty supply works alot better.

This is my first flat iron and I don't have any comparison with other products, but I'm really happy with this product. It's light to carry it around I was able to use it in another Asian country, too. I have coarse semi-wavy hair but it makes it completely straight. My hair needs to be completely dry when I use it (I made a mistake a couple of times; the hair gets burned if not dry). I still need to find out how to minimize damaging hair though.

The 1 1/2" chi hair straightener Ceramic Tourmaline Iron is my first flat iron and I am so happy with the product. The chi hair straightener eliminates the frizz and makes my hair shinier. I also color my hair and I found the lower temp setting was the best without damaging my hair. By turning the chi hair straightener under as I straighten my hair, I get the perfect bob effect for styling! Better than using the big round brush and the blow dryer! The chi hair straightener heats up fast and the time it takes to do my hair is cut in half. No pulling on my hair at all. This product is great and I highly recommend it!

I love the flat iron. My hair looks fab. The warranty is fantastic. My cord messed up and you replaced the iron for under $10.00. What a deal! I will always shop at E8800 for all my hair needs.

I was so excited about this product and now i am miserable. I have extremely straight hair already, just thick. This flat iron makes no difference in my hair than my 15 dollar revlon one from cvs. i ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this product, im stuck now.
